I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Supervisor and an Alcohol and Drug Counselor Supervisor. I received a masters degree in Counselor Education in 2001. Since 2004 I have been assisting clients ages 3 and older. I provide a holistic approach which addresses the mind, body, and spirit. I am confident that together we can find solutions that will lead to you feeling better. I'm very creative and determined in my approach. I'm a creative problem solver and I'm determined to assist my clients with improving their current situation. I'm also educated in natural approaches to many mental health problems. I practice homeopathy, aromatherapy, and other natural approaches in my own life and enjoy assisting clients with exploring these option for themselves if they wish. I provide individual, couples, family, and group counseling. I am a Certified Love and Logic Parenting Therapist and Facilitator specializing in teaching parenting skills and behavior modification. I have successfully helped many teen clients stop cutting. I have also assisted many kids and their parents cope with the affects of bully as well as assisted them with dealing with the bullies and school staff.
Since 2005 I have been assisting those suffering with addiction and their loved ones. I have assisted clients with various addictions including drugs, alcohol, pornography, gambling, dating site, gaming, sex, love, money, and other social media addictions. I have run our Anger Management and Domestic Violence program as well.
I am also available to clinically supervise counselors who are pursuing their license. I have openings for interns at this time as well. I love to teach others and be a part of their learning process. It's an awesome experience
